Connect a service to IQ Entities

Find an integration in the catalogue, see where it stands, and connect it for your organisation.

Screenshots are retaken from IQ Entities on every release. Updated 14 October 2026.

IQ Entities works with the registries, document stores and services your team already uses: Companies House and other registries for filing, SharePoint for documents, Microsoft Entra ID for sign-in. Each one is connected once, by an administrator with the permission to manage the organisation's settings, for the whole organisation. Integrations is the catalogue of them all, and the place to see which are working.

Find the integration

  1. Click your name at the foot of the main sidebar, choose Administration, then Integrations.

  2. Search by name, category or what the integration does, choose a category on the left, or filter by status. Integrations already connected, or needing attention, are pinned at the top under Your organisation.

  3. Click a tile to open it. Each tile shows its category, what it does and its status.

Connect it

  1. Read the panel: the integration's status, what it does, and what it needs from you.

  2. Use the integration's own actions, and follow its guide below. Integrations with a page of their own, such as SharePoint sync and Single sign-on, open it from Set up, or Manage once they are connected.

Read the status

Tips from practice

  • Connect with a shared or service account where the service allows it, not a person's own login, so the connection does not stop when that person leaves.
  • Check Your organisation after a password change at the other service. A connection whose sign-in has lapsed shows as needing attention there.
  • Keep a note of who holds each account at the other side, and when its password or certificate expires.
