Plan a month on the Forecast calendar
Use the Forecast's Calendar tab to see every deadline in a month by day, including those not yet raised as tasks, and plan the busy days.

The Compliance Calendar's month view shows tasks, and most tasks appear only a few weeks ahead. To agree a filing timetable with the auditors, book a board meeting clear of a busy week, or warn the team about a heavy month, you need every deadline in the month, raised or not. The Forecast's Calendar tab shows them day by day.
Choose the month
Open Forecast from the sidebar and choose Calendar.
The months in your horizon are listed along the top, each with its number of deadlines and how many of them are already overdue. Choose a month to open it. For a month further out, widen the horizon beside the tabs to 6, 12 or 18 months.
Read the month
Each day shows its deadlines as chips, one per duty, with the number of deadlines it has that day. A day holds two chips, then a line such as +1 more for the rest.
The legend says what the colours mean. Red is overdue, amber is due within 14 days, and blue is later. A solid edge means open tasks already exist; a dashed edge means the deadlines are projected only, and their tasks have not been raised yet.

Selected day lists each duty due that day, busiest first, with the number of entities, the split between tasks and projected deadlines, and how many are overdue. Choose Open in timeline to see the entities behind a duty.
The Timeline tab opens on that period with the duty already expanded, listing each entity's task or projected deadline.
Tips from practice
- Show annual reviews adds the yearly checks on duties with no deadline in law. Switch it off when planning around statutory dates only.
- A projected deadline is not a task yet, and there is nothing to do about it today. Its task appears automatically when the duty's reminder period starts.
- Plan board meetings that approve accounts or resolutions at least a fortnight ahead of the deadlines they feed.
- For one company's year rather than the group's month, see See an entity's year of deadlines.
