See a person's roles and holdings
See every office a person holds and every shareholding they have across the group, on one page.
Screenshots are retaken from IQ Entities on every release. Updated 14 October 2026.
Before a board meeting, a conflicts check or a beneficial ownership review, you need to know everything one person is involved in across the group. Associations brings together the roles a person holds and the shares they own in every entity, so you do not have to visit each company in turn.
See their roles
Open People, click the person's row, and choose Associations in their sidebar.
The summary at the top shows their Active roles, the number of Entities held and whether they are a Beneficial owner.
Roles & relationships lists each office, with the entity, the role, its title and when it began. Click Show former to include roles that have ended.
Holdings lists their shareholdings by entity and share class, with the controlling stakes marked.
The Outside interests and Related parties tabs hold the declarations a person makes about interests outside the group.
Resign several roles at once
When a person steps down from every board at once, tick their current roles in Roles & relationships and click Resign selected. Each resignation keeps the history and raises the filing it needs. For a single role, use Resign in the row's ⋯ menu; see Record a director's resignation.
Tips from practice
- Delete on a role is for one recorded in error. Someone who has left should be resigned, so the history and the filing are kept.
- Each half of the page has its own permission. If your role cannot see shareholdings, the page says so rather than showing an empty list.
- Review the roles and holdings before relying on them for a regulatory submission: they are only as complete as the registers behind them.
