Add your own filing form

Keep the forms your organisation uses beside the ones each registry publishes, so everyone downloads the same blank.

Screenshots are retaken from IQ Entities on every release. Updated 14 October 2026.

IQ Entities lists the forms each registry publishes, country by country. Your organisation has forms of its own too: a consent to act signed by every new director, a house template a registry accepts, a form from a registry IQ Entities does not list yet. Adding them here puts the current blank where everyone looks for it, instead of in someone's downloads folder.

Find a registry's forms

  1. In Administration, open Filing forms. Jurisdictions are listed down the left, and the forms for the one you choose sit beside them, grouped as the registry groups them.

Add a form

  1. Choose Add a form.

  2. Choose the Jurisdiction the form belongs to. Any jurisdiction can be chosen, not only those already listed. Give it a Title, and a Code if the registry numbers its forms.

  3. Under Group, choose where it sits in the list, or New group… to start a heading of your own. Say in What it is for when it is used, add a Registry link or Filed on a website address if there is one, and choose the document under Document: a PDF or Word file. Choose Save form.

  4. The form is listed under its group in that jurisdiction, marked User uploaded.

  5. Open it to download the blank with Download the blank form. Edit and Delete are offered on your own forms only.

Your form sits beside the forms IQ Entities publishes and never replaces one.

Tips from practice

  • Fill in What it is for in words a new paralegal would understand. It is shown under the title in the list, and it is what tells two similar forms apart.
  • When a registry publishes a new version, upload it to your existing form with Edit rather than adding a second one, so nobody downloads the old blank.
  • A form uploaded for a country that had none puts that country in the list, and deleting its last form takes it away again.
