Connect the INPI Guichet unique

Connect your organisation's INPI e-procédures account once, so formalities for French companies go out from IQ Entities.

Screenshots are retaken from IQ Entities on every release. Updated 14 October 2026.

For a group with French sociétés, IQ Entities prepares formalities for the INPI Guichet unique from the company's record: a change of officer, a transfer of registered office, a change of share capital or company name, and the filing of annual accounts. The company's legal representative, or your mandataire, then signs each one and pays on the Guichet unique, because INPI accepts only a personal qualified signature.

Formalities go out under your organisation's own INPI e-procédures account. An administrator with the permission to manage the organisation's settings connects it once.

Before you start

  • An INPI e-procédures account for your organisation. Sign in to the Guichet unique website with it once first: INPI refuses API sign-ins until its conditions of use have been accepted there.
  • Access to the Registre national des entreprises (RNE) data, from data.inpi.fr. IQ Entities reads the company's current record from the RNE before a modification. If that access uses a different INPI account, have its login to hand too.
  • Each company's SIREN, recorded as the registration number on its home French registration: see Add a registration.
  • A personal qualified electronic signature certificate for the signatory, and a way to pay INPI's fees on the Guichet unique.

Connect the e-procédures account

  1. In Administration, open Integrations and click the INPI Guichet unique (France) tile.

  2. Click Registry account. How filing works beside it lists the set-up steps and every formality offered, with the documents each needs.

  3. Enter the e-procédures email and e-procédures password. Fill in RNE API email and RNE API password only if your RNE access is a different account.

  4. Click Save. The credentials are checked with INPI before they are saved, then encrypted and never shown again. A login INPI refuses is not saved.

Check it is working

The panel says Connected, and a French company's Registrations page shows the File with INPI Guichet unique card with the formalities. The filing itself is in File with a registry outside the UK.

Change or disconnect the account

  • To replace the credentials, click Registry account and enter the new ones.
  • To stop filing, click Disconnect. The stored credentials are forgotten, and filings already made keep their history.

Tips from practice

  • Accept INPI's conditions of use on the Guichet unique before you connect. Until then INPI refuses the login, and IQ Entities cannot save it.
  • A company seal is not accepted as the signature. Check the signatory's certificate is a personal qualified one before the first formality is due.
  • INPI accepts PDFs of up to 10 MB, so compress a large scan before you upload it to the company.
  • Formalities go to INPI's live service and onto the public register.
